Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and assist with seating arrangements
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to minimize wait times
- Provide guests with menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and waiting area
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Uphold safety and hygiene standards in all interactions and work areas
- Assist in other front-of-house duties as needed to support team operations
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older to qualify for this position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and able to create a welcoming environment for guests
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
