- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, sinks, and dishwashing stations in compliance with sanitation standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas remain tidy and inviting
- Follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Handle manual lifting of heavy pots, trays, and supplies safely and efficiently
- Operate kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, sinks, and cleaning tools while adhering to safety protocols
Requirements
