CIPS LA is seeking a dependable, customer-focused individual to provide parking cashier services at a medical center in Fullerton, CA. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, is reliable and punctual, and enjoys assisting the public in a professional environment.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 12:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with paying parking fees using the automated payment system.
- Monitor gate arms and payment stations to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Refill receipt paper and maintain parking equipment as needed.
- Greet customers and provide directions throughout the medical center.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Report equipment issues or operational concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license/photo id.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Flexible and able to work assigned shifts.
- Familiarity with the medical center, including the locations of medical offices and physicians, is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
