In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing Salesforce CRM configuration and integrations to support top-priority business processes.Responsibilities
Serve as engineering SME for key Corient platforms (including Salesforce).
Own development for key enhancements to Salesforce platform aligned to strategic product roadmaps.
Document and evolve product technology architecture and standards.
Follow DevSecOps and CI/CD best practices for rapidly and safely delivering product features.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop great Salesforce solutions which meet end user needs.
Serve as escalation point for any operational outages.
Qualifications & Requirements
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required
7 years as a full stack Salesforce developer
Preferred work experience in Financial Services industry
Experience with DevOps and building code pipelines
Demonstrated expertise and/or certifications in Salesforce FSC
Product background preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations with other 3rd party systems (eg. ERP, Data Layer, Customer Information Systems)
Ability to deliver product-related features end-to-end with minimal supervision
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Flexibility with roadmap prioritization and shifting priorities in an agile work environment
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
Drive for continuous improvement in development processes and end-to-end delivery including automation and reusable code
Product ownership mentality
High standards of professionalism and confidentiality
Effective communication, both oral and written
