At Corgi, we're building the first fully automated insurance carrier.
As Utah's most recent unicorn, Corgi is vertically integrating the entire insurance industry. We design, underwrite, price, and issue insurance directly. Insurance is the largest unautomated industry in financial services, and we're rebuilding it from the ground up using AI. We've raised $374M from Kindred, TCV, and others to do so.

What We're Looking For
We’re hiring full-time, in-person. You need to be a fast learner, resilient under pressure, and obsessed with growth. Looking for someone who shows up early, ask for feedback, and figure things out quickly. We want top performers who want to be surrounded and learn what it takes to be the best in a competitive marketplace. If that sounds like you then this is a no brainer. If work is intimidating to you then this isn't the place for you but if you value getting better then this is where you should be.
This job is intense but also rewarding. We expect 70-100 client contacts a day, and the kind of energy that moves the leaderboard. If you want soft onboarding and a 3-month ramp, this isn’t it.
You should be coachable, eager to learn and perform at your most optimal level, and ready and willing be part of a mission. Not just work a job.

Compensation
- OTE: $150k (no cap)
