You’ll set up outbound, open new markets, sign new partners, and build systems that later hires will follow.
What You’ll Do
Build Our Outbound Machine
- Design and run high-volume cold calling and email outbound across multiple states.
- Write and test scripts, sequences, and talk tracks until you know what works.
- Set up basic tools and workflows (CRM, dialer, simple dashboards) so we can scale.
- Over time, hire and train a small outbound team that runs the playbook you create.
- Help decide which markets we go after and how we approach them.
- Run fast experiments across channels: cold calls, email, events, mailers, and more.
- Turn successful experiments into simple, repeatable playbooks others can follow.
- Track performance by market (pipeline, conversion, revenue) and adjust quickly.
- Find and sign short-term commercial agreements that fit our model.
- Make sure new locations are set up and ready to start generating revenue.
- Coordinate the details to get them live on our platform and booking channels.
- Build checklists so each new launch is faster and smoother than the last.
- Build relationships with developers, brokers, operators, and other local partners.
- Set up simple referral systems and incentives that keep opportunities flowing.
- Turn one-off wins into long-term channels that we can rely on.
- Top sales performer: You’ve been near the top of the leaderboard as a BDR, SDR, or AE at a fast-growing company.
- Do-it-yourself builder: You’re happy to write the script, make the calls, send the emails, and walk into the meeting yourself.
- 0–1 mindset: You like starting from scratch. You don’t need a big team or a detailed playbook to take action.
- Simple and systematic: You break work into steps, create basic systems, and document what works so others can follow.
- Comfortable with chaos: You like fast feedback, quick decisions, and priorities that evolve as we learn.
- Strong communicator: You know how to ask good questions, handle pushback, and close.
- Experience at a high-growth startup (fintech, SaaS, marketplace, etc.).
- Experience opening new markets, territories, or channels.
- Founding GTM role: You’re building the first version of a national sales org.
- Huge scope: You’ll touch outbound, partnerships, local launch work, and overall market strategy.
- Fast career upside: If you crush it, this can grow into Head of Sales, Head of GTM, or Expansion/GM as we scale.

Salary : $125,000 - $180,000
