Location: Springfield, OH
Shift:
2nd: 2:00PM-10:00PM
3rd: 10:00PM-6:00AM
We are currently seeking qualified die maintenance technicians to assist in the maintenance and upkeep of mass production
tooling.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work any shift
- Ability to work overtime and weekends
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Practice and follow safe working methods
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Stable work history with good attendance
- 2 year degree in Tool and Die Technology along with 2 years of on the job experience
- Documented die maintenance experience in an automotive metal stamping facility without degree preferred
- AutoCAD, Solid Works, and Microsoft Office a plus but not required
- All candidates are required to pass a written test, upon successful completion, a hands on test will be given
- Crane Experience
Responsibilities:
- Basic Operating Procedures
- Repair progressive and transfer tooling
- Weld and repair tool steels
- Hand grinding
- Support mass production
