What You’ll Do

The Strategy and Transformation team at CoreWeave is building the next generation of intelligent enterprise infrastructure — integrating AI-driven automation and modern cloud solutions to transform how our people and systems work together. We are a high-impact team at the intersection of HR, IT, and Security, focused on driving operational excellence and scalability across the organization.

About The Role

As an Integrations Engineer focused on People Systems, you’ll design, build, and support the integrations that connect CoreWeave’s HR stack to critical enterprise systems. You’ll work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Security to ensure automation, accuracy, and efficiency across key lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits. This role is highly technical, hands-on, and central to ensuring a seamless employee experience as we continue to scale rapidly.

Who You Are

• 3–7 years of experience building and maintaining enterprise HR/People Systems integrations
• Deep, hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Cloud Connect (CCW/CCB), EIBs, and RaaS (Report as a Service)
• Proven success integrating Workday with systems such as Greenhouse and Okta
• Proficiency with Workato or similar enterprise integration platforms
• Strong understanding of HR data structures and business processes, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance
• Advanced skills in XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, and SOAP
• Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining integration jobs in production
• Excellent data mapping, transformation, and validation skills with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and compliance

• Experience automating workflows across HR, IT, and Security environments
• Exposure to enterprise tools such as Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, or ERP platforms
• Familiarity with GenAI technologies and intelligent automation strategies
• Background in high-growth or cloud-native organizations

The base salary range for this role is $153,000 to $224,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
