Senior MEP Project Manager | Hyperscale Data Center | Near Amarillo, Texas
I’m partnered with a Top 25 ENR General Contractor delivering a major hyperscale data center project near Amarillo, Texas. They’re looking for a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead MEP delivery across the project from preconstruction and procurement through installation, commissioning and final turnover.

- Total package up to and around $360,000
- Direct data center experience required
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEP delivery across electrical, mechanical and controls scopes
- Manage MEP subcontractors, trade partners and vendors across schedule, cost, quality and safety
- Oversee critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure through installation, testing and commissioning
- Lead RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, cost control and schedule coordination
- Coordinate with GC leadership, design teams, commissioning, project controls and the client
- Drive commissioning readiness, punch-list closeout and final turnover
- Lead MEP coordination meetings and resolve design, sequencing and field issues
Ideal Background
- Strong hyperscale data center experience
- Proven Senior MEP Project Management experience
- Strong understanding of critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure
- Experience managing major MEP subcontractors, budgets, schedules and procurement
- Strong commissioning and turnover experience
- GC or major construction contractor background strongly preferred
- Engineering, Construction Management or relevant technical background preferred
Salary : $200,000 - $220,000
