Senior CSA Project Manager | Hyperscale Data Center | Near Amarillo, Texas
I’m partnered with a Top 25 ENR General Contractor delivering a major hyperscale data center project near Amarillo, Texas. They’re looking for a Senior CSA Project Manager to lead civil, structural and architectural delivery across the project from early works and preconstruction through construction, closeout and final turnover.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across civil, structural and architectural scopes
- Manage CSA subcontractors, trade partners and vendors across schedule, cost, quality and safety
- Oversee concrete, foundations, rebar, structural steel, envelope and architectural packages
- Lead RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, cost control and schedule coordination
- Coordinate with GC leadership, design teams, project controls, commissioning and the client
- Drive sequencing, constructability, punch-list closeout and final turnover
- Lead CSA coordination meetings and resolve design, field and subcontractor issues
Ideal Background
- Strong hyperscale data center experience
- Proven Senior CSA Project Management experience
- Strong understanding of civil, structural and architectural construction
- Experience managing major CSA subcontractors, budgets, schedules and procurement
- Strong experience across concrete, foundations, structural steel and building envelope
- GC or major construction contractor background strongly preferred
- Civil Engineering, Construction Management or relevant technical background preferred
Salary : $200,000 - $220,000
