Construction Project Manager
Our client, a well-established owner/developer with a team of 500 employees, is looking to add a Construction Project Manager to their Milwaukee office. Working alongside three other Project Managers, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial projects valued between $500k and $10 million.
This is an onsite position with up to 20% travel, managing around 10 live projects at any one time. Acting on the owner's side, you'll oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
We're interested in speaking with experienced Project Managers, as well as Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, or similar professionals ready to take the next step in their careers. You'll have at least 3 years' experience within commercial or industrial construction, with strong organisational, communication, and project management skills.
