CoreVest, a leading private lender to residential real estate investors, is seeking a Bridge Underwriting Senior Associate to join our fast-paced, collaborative te
am.In this role, you’ll support underwriting for bridge, construction, and credit facilities across multifamily, SFR, condo, and mixed-use assets—working closely with clients, internal teams, and third parties to evaluate and execute complex transactio
ns.
What You’ll
Do:
• Underwrite and analyze residential/commercial real estate bridge and ground up construction
loans• Manage due diligence, financial reviews, and loan file inte
grity• Partner with clients to understand business plans and gather key
data• Prepare investment memos and present recommenda
tions• Monitor market trends and contribute to underwriting str
ategy• Mentor junior team members and support best prac
tices
What We’re Lookin
g For:
• 4–6 years in commercial real estate lending (bridge, multifamily, SFR, or constr
uction)• Strong financial analysis and underwriting exp
erience• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this role is $120k - 150k annually. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certification, and other factors.
