Quality Control Inspector

Quality Control Inspector Coreslab Structures (ALBUQUERQUE) Inc. is now accepting qualified applications for a Quality Control Inspector opening at our Prestress Concrete manufacturing plant in Albuquerque, NM Duties and Responsibilities: Perform dimensional check on product per QC procedure Work with production to correct deficiencies Perform concrete test, generate reports and legible records Perform dimensional checks on product. Perform checks on all raw material components and their location that are placed in the product Work with production employees to correct deficiencies prior to casting Perform post production checks to make sure all product is cast per specs and labeled correctly before it is shipped to jobsite Perform concrete test, generate reports, and create legible documents for all product cast Examine dry finished processes on product for compliance with specifications such as sandblast, water wash, etc. Prepare and distribute deficiency or rejection reports when appropriate Conduct other quality and material tests as required such as rock, sand, etc. Perform concrete cylinder compression test Skills and Knowledge: Good verbal and written skills. Computer literacy (Windows – Word and excel) Ability to maintain good attitude under stressful and changing conditions.
