Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Oklahoma City, OK. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure proposals meet specifications and budgets. Your day-to-day tasks will include reading and interpreting blueprints, preparing takeoffs, evaluating project cost impacts, and assisting in bid preparation and submission.
Qualifications
- Experience in preparing cost estimates, analyzing project plans, and reviewing blueprints
- Proficiency in construction estimation software and tools
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with various teams
- Familiarity with Precast/Prestressed concrete design and materials
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within the construction or precast industry, is a plus
