Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our manufacturing team on all shifts. Hours are: Mon- Friday 8am -4:30pm on 1 st shift, Mon - Friday 2pm - 12am on 2nd shift and 10pm - 8am on 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the final stages of product fabrication, ensuring that all components meet quality standards and specifications. This role requires attention to detail and proficiency in various finishing techniques, including but not limited to welding, laser cutting, and CNC operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY
- Verify incoming and outgoing quality and counts
- Rack, unrack, barrel, basket or wire plate per specifications
- Work in a safe, ethical, and quality manner
- Read, understand, and finish per job routers
- Be to work on time every day that you are supposed to be at work
- May be asked to analyze chemistry
- May be asked to change out chemistry
- Get along well with co-workers and work as a team
- Ability to learn and retain information
- Positive, can-do attitude.
