We are opening a brand-new clinic in Brandywine, MD, in Summer 2026 and are seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to join as part of the founding clinical team.

About the Role
This is a medical nutrition therapy (MNT) role focused on treating obesity and chronic diseases within a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model.
You will partner with nurse practitioners, personal trainers, and behavioral health specialists to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care that drives sustainable outcomes.
We are not a traditional outpatient nutrition role; this is a chance to transform lives through integrated healthcare.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) in Brandywine, MD, who is passionate about helping patients achieve long-term success through nutrition, behavior change, and clinical collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients with obesity and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans
- Provide medical nutrition therapy (MNT) and ongoing counseling
- Support patients with behavior change and lifestyle modification
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
- Educate patients on evidence-based nutrition strategies
- Help establish a positive, patient-focused culture in a new clinic

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) – active OR registration eligible through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Current Maryland Dietitian License (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Passion for working with patients managing weight loss and chronic conditions
