This role will work between our Pasadena and Severna Park clinics. The schedule will be consistent and structured in advance, with designated days at each location.

Compensation
- Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
- Quarterly Bonus Eligible

Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) in Maryland who is passionate about helping patients achieve sustainable health outcomes through nutrition, behavior change, and clinical collaboration.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-based healthcare environment and wants to make a measurable impact on patients managing weight-related and chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients with obesity and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans
- Provide medical nutrition therapy (MNT) and ongoing patient counseling
- Engage patients in behavior change and long-term lifestyle modification
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team (NPs, fitness trainers, behavioral health)
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
- Educate patients on evidence-based nutrition strategies
- Support patient adherence through motivational interviewing and coaching techniques

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) – active OR registration eligible through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Current Maryland Dietitian License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Passion for working with patients managing obesity and chronic disease
