- Base Salary: $42,000-45,000
- Bonus Potential: Up to $6,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small group personal training sessions
- Develop customized exercise programs using functional and corrective exercise techniques
- Help patients overcome barriers to starting and maintaining a fitness routine
- Support patients in improving mobility, strength, and daily function
- Create a welcoming, energetic, and non-intimidating environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team (medical, nutrition, behavioral health)
- Track and document patient progress and outcomes
- Educate patients on safe and sustainable movement practices
- Work in a medical fitness setting, not a traditional gym
- Be part of a collaborative healthcare team
- Help patients with real health conditions, not just fitness goals

- Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred)
- Active Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED Certification
- Experience with functional training, corrective exercise, or group fitness preferred
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Passion for working with individuals managing chronic conditions or weight loss goals
