- Build long-term patient relationships with measurable outcomes
- Predictable schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call (if applicable)

Qualifications - Nurse Practitioner
- Master’s Degree or Post-Master’s Certificate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
- Current DEA registration
- Registration with State Medical Board
- Strong clinical knowledge of primary care or chronic disease management
- 1-3 years of experience in a physician practice or outpatient setting
- Experience in:
- Weight management
- Endocrinology
- Lifestyle medicine
- Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills
- Excellent patient communication and education abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based care model
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
