What You Bring
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Customer service experience
- Minimum 1 year in inside sales, call center, patient intake, or phone-based customer roles
- Experience with insurance verification or healthcare benefits
- Strong consultative communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence handling phone conversations and objections
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management
- Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy
- Ability to meet performance goals and adapt quickly
