Position Overview - Nurse Practitioner (NP)
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for our White Marsh, Maryland clinic. This role offers a 4-day work week (10-hour shifts) with flexible scheduling:
- Monday - Thursday or
- Tuesday - Friday
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and manage obesity and related chronic conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Lead and collaborate with a care team (RD, trainer, behavioral health)
- Prescribe medications and monitor treatment progress
- Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and behavior change
- Ensure documentation meets clinical and coding standards
- Support patient engagement, retention, and outcomes
- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks aligned with CoreLife & MedStar standards
- Competitive Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 Quarterly RVU Bonus

- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license - Maryland
- Board Certified (FNP, AGNP, or related)
- DEA license (or eligibility)
- Experience in:
- Primary Care
- Obesity Medicine
- Endocrinology or Chronic Disease Management (preferred)
- Strong interest in lifestyle medicine and multidisciplinary care
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Practice team-based, patient-centered care
- Focus on long-term outcomes—not volume-driven care
