- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience with insurance verification, benefits, or eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills (phone and written)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Associate’s degree
- Experience with medical billing or accounts receivable (AR)
- Experience with EPIC and/or NextGen (Professional Billing Module)
- Healthcare or revenue cycle experience
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience with insurance portals and eligibility tools
