Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Red Hat OpenShift System Administrator in the Northeast. The System Administrator will oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Red Hat OpenShift environments. Responsibilities include managing and troubleshooting infrastructure, optimizing system performance, providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring system security and reliability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, enterprise-level solutions is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in System Administration, with experience managing Red Hat OpenShift environments and related tools
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues
- Experience with Network Administration and associated protocols for managing enterprise-level IT infrastructures
- Knowledge and expertise in Information Technology, including security, performance optimization, and automation
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Relevant certifications such as Red Hat OpenShift Administrator or similar are an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
