Occupational Therapist Full-Time (Days, Rotating Weekends)
Location: Atlantis, FL
Pay Range: $32.62 $46.50 per hour (based on experience)
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Atlantis, Florida. The Occupational Therapist provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the full scope of occupational therapy services for an assigned group of patients. Working collaboratively with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team, the OT evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and delivers therapeutic interventions that promote recovery, independence, and an enhanced quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Provide evaluations and treatment interventions in accordance with established laws, professional ethics, and physician care plans.
Assess, document, and evaluate patients therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status.
Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Deliver purposeful, evidence-based therapy interventions that promote functional improvement and independence.
Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the interdisciplinary care team.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
Prioritize caseloads, manage workflow, and coordinate patient assignments to ensure efficiency and quality outcomes.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy (required).
Licensure: Current Registered Occupational Therapist (ROT) license in the state of Florida.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, new graduates welcome to apply.

Pay Range: $32.62 $46.50 per hour (based on experience)
