You’ll drive membership growth, build strategic partnerships, and deliver exceptional service experiences that define the brand’s premium standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead North American business development and client relationship management.
- Grow membership and manage client portfolios under a fee-plus-commission model.
- Oversee luxury travel, dining, and event experiences for high-net-worth families.
- Represent the brand at client meetings and luxury industry events.
Qualifications
- 8 years in luxury hospitality, hotel sales, or private client services.
- Proven success working with high-net-worth clientele.
- Deep knowledge of global travel, fine dining, and premium lifestyle markets.
- Strong commercial drive, responsiveness, and service excellence mindset.
