General Manager, Upscale, High-Volume Restaurant Group

We’re partnering with a growing, high-end restaurant group to find a strong General Manager to lead a new opening. This role is ideal for a guest-first leader who thrives on the floor, understands the numbers, and knows how to build and inspire teams.
The Role
- Own day-to-day restaurant operations and overall performance
- Lead, develop, and mentor Assistant GMs and Floor Managers
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues with confidence
- Oversee P&L, labor, COGS, inventory, and daily financial reporting
- Maintain high standards across service, food quality, safety, and compliance
- Partner closely with Operations, HR, and Finance teams
- Drive hospitality, generosity, and continuous improvement
