We are partnering with an exciting and highly successful international hospitality brand as they prepare for significant expansion across the United States

.As part of this growth, they are seeking a Senior Director of Operations to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. While the title is Senior Director, this is very much a VP-level role with responsibility for helping build, scale, and lead the U.S. operation

.This is a rare opportunity to join a brand at the ground-floor stage of its U.S. growth. The successful candidate will play a critical role in everything from pre-opening strategy and development meetings to recruiting leadership teams, launching venues, building operational infrastructure, and supporting future expansion

.We're looking for a proven hospitality leader from top restaurant groups, luxury hospitality brands, or acclaimed fine dining operators who understands both the strategic and hands-on side of growing a business

.What You'll Be Doin

• gLeading operational strategy and execution for U.S. expansio
• nOverseeing multiple openings from site development through launch and stabilizatio
• nBuilding operational systems, standards, and best practice
• sPartnering with ownership, culinary leadership, development, and design team
• sRecruiting, mentoring, and developing senior leadership team
• sDriving guest experience, service standards, and operational excellenc
• eManaging budgets, forecasting, KPIs, and overall business performanc
• eCreating scalable systems to support aggressive growth plan
• sHelping shape the long-term vision and culture of the brand in North Americ

aWhat We're Looking Fo

• rSenior multi-unit leadership experience within fine dining, luxury hospitality, or highly regarded restaurant group
• sProven experience opening new locations from start to finis
• hStrong understanding of both operational and commercial performanc
• eExperience leading large teams and developing future leader
