Executive Chef
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

Their Golf Club is looking for an Executive Chef to join their team which fosters teamwork, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences in the golf and hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the property’s culinary operations, ensuring the kitchen is operating smoothly and the food quality exceeds customer’s expectations
- Create innovative menus that align with the concept, dietary preferences, and seasonal ingredients
- Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency to maintain their reputation for culinary excellence
- Hire, train, and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of culinary skill and teamwork
- Manage cost controls, forecasting and inventory management
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a comparable role
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, menu requirements, and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of kitchen staff
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and best practices for kitchen hygiene
- Degree in Culinary Arts is an asset
