Director of Facilities – Multi-Unit Hospitality
Location: Baltimore, MD (Relocation Package Available)
Salary: $150,000 – $160,000 Benefits
About the Role
A confidential multi-unit hospitality and entertainment venue is seeking a Director of Facilities to lead all property operations, environmental services, and maintenance functions. This role is key in ensuring the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency in a 24/7, guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all facilities operations, including engineering, maintenance, and environmental services.
- Develop and monitor preventative maintenance programs for building systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements.
- Partner with leadership to plan and manage capital improvement projects.
- Monitor budgets, control expenses, and deliver cost-efficient operations.
- Lead and mentor facilities leaders to ensure performance, safety, and guest satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
- 7 years of facilities management leadership, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or multi-unit operations.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, safety standards, and compliance practices.
- Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and vendor relationships.
- Proven ability to lead teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
