GENERAL MANAGER – LUXURY WELLNESS ISLAND

Salary: $125K–$160K salary bonuses and commission
A high-end private island retreat in the Caribbean is looking for a seasoned General Manager to lead daily operations, elevate guest experience, and oversee a diverse hospitality team. This role blends luxury service, strategic leadership, and purpose-driven hospitality in a stunning wellness-focused setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead resort operations, guest services, and team performance
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cost controls
- Maintain luxury standards across all areas of the property
- Work closely with ownership on strategic planning
- Support marketing, partnerships, and mission-aligned initiatives
You Bring:
- Caribbean experience is a MUST
- 6 years in a GM or senior leadership role in luxury hospitality
- Proven operational, financial, and team management skills
- Strong guest service background with HNW clientele
- Passion for wellness, sustainability, and purpose-led travel
