Job Description:
- The Chief coordinates and monitors the overall security operations of the facility, ensuring proper staffing levels for all shifts and posts, and maintaining safety and security of staff and inmates.
- Promotes compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, rules, regulations and standards.
- Coordinates and monitors the quality of unit management services delivered within an institution.
- Ensures that employees adhere to applicable policies, procedures, rules, regulations and standards.
- Supervises and monitors the performance of units in comparison to the documented goals, objectives, and expectations.
