CORE is seeking a Web & UI Designer to support internal application and website design efforts. This role will work closely with an existing designer, developers, and internal stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The position requires strong UX/UI design skills, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional development team.
The Web & UI Designer will be responsible for designing web applications for desktop and mobile users, as well as designing and building websites using modern tools. Developers will support custom code needs as required.

Responsibilities To Include
- Design, build, and manage public websites using Webflow, WordPress, or similar platforms
- Design intuitive, user-centered web applications for desktop and mobile platforms using Figma
- Develop UX/UI deliverables including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
- Apply usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices
- Participate in iterative design processes, incorporating feedback from users and project teams
- Help maintain and evolve consistent design standards, patterns, and user experiences across applications and websites
- AI Friendly: Familiarity and experience with AI tools, plus a curiosity to learn new ways of accelerating workflows and automating repetitive tasks
- Collaboration with Marketing to align with brand standards
- Experience designing UX/UI for web applications and websites
- Working knowledge of Figma for interface design and prototyping
- Understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design
- Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, or similar website-building tools
- Working understanding of HTML/CSS. Basic JavaScript knowledge is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain design decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Junior to mid-level experience with a strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve
- This is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act and employee is not eligible for overtime compensation.
