Key Responsibilities
Tenant Relations:
● Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly.
● Coordinate and manage tenant improvement and construction projects.
Property Maintenance and Repairs:
● Oversee routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the property is well-maintained.
● Hire and supervise contractors for larger projects.
● Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans.
● Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
Property Inspections:
● Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues or needed repairs.
● Ensure the property is in compliance with lease agreements and regulations.
Vendor and Contractor Management:
● Hire and supervise third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers.
● Obtain competitive bids for services and oversee vendor contracts.
● Approve vendor bills
Financial Management:
● Set and manage property budgets.
● Oversee rent and other payments from tenants.
● Monitor expenses and seek cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications
● 3–5 years of commercial property management experience preferred.
● Strong understanding of commercial leases, tenant relations, and property operations.
● Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
