Key Responsibilities
Proposal and Presentation Development:
- Design and produce professional-quality proposals (using Adobe InDesign) and presentations (using PowerPoint) tailored to specific clients and projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure materials align with brand standards.
- Support the pursuit process by developing compelling and visually engaging marketing materials.
- Support company participation in events, conferences, trade shows and networking opportunities as needed.
- Develop engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
- Create visually compelling graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, maintaining consistent brand identity.
- Draft, edit and proofread written content for marketing campaigns proposals, presentations and collateral.
- Manage and create content for various platforms and purposes, enhancing the company’s online presence and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain organized project files and track deadlines for multiple assignments.
- Participate in team meetings, offering creative input and solutions for marketing initiatives.
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of Marketing experience, preferable in a related industry.
- Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed
- Ability to work in office 5 days per week in Fort Lauderdale
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Comfortable working in a deadline driven environment.
