💼 Position: Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in driving membership sales and providing exceptional customer service. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals, we want to hear from you!
🔍 Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to promote StretchLab’s services and book introductory sessions.
- Conduct tours of the facility, establishing rapport and understanding individual client needs.
- Manage the front desk, greeting and checking in clients and prospects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a high level of personal sales production.
- Participate in community events and outreach efforts to promote the studio.
- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and welcoming for all clients.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and motivating atmosphere.

- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to learn and use studio management software (training will be provided).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
