AC Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning (A/C) Technician to join our team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of residential, commercial, and/or industrial air conditioning systems. This role requires excellent technical skills, a strong work ethic, and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities:

-Experience with all HVAC systems and brands & expert working with roof top units, ductless units, central air units, space savers, splits and package units, ductless units & installing thermostats.
- Install, repair, trouble shoot, and maintain air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings

-EPA certified

-Complete knowledge of the refrigeration cycle including evaluating and trouble shooting units, reading schematics, and installing various HVAC units.

-5 Years experience as an AC technician
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning units
- Design and build new air conditioning systems based on client needs
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete projects efficiently
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent

-EPA

- Proven 5 years of experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of refrigeration principles and practices
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
