Job Title: Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist – ALF/ILF Setting
Core Therapy Partners is currently seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for our Katy location. Core Therapy Partners offers a generous compensation and benefits package and exceptional support to be successful in your position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy services in the ALF/ILF settings.
Core Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time speech language pathologist, someone who is passionate about their profession and takes pride in the work they do helping clients maintain their independence and thrive in their home environment. As a Core Therapy Partner speech language pathologist, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing outpatient services in a SNF/ILF setting. We strive to have our therapists be experts in building and strengthening relationships with current and prospective outpatient referral sources including physicians, office managers, referral coordinators, and individuals in the community.
Requirements:
Licensed SLP-CCC
Experience in marketing in healthcare is optional, but preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport.
Outgoing and personable
New graduates welcome, CFY setting of outpatient and/or home health preferred
Required Skills:
Exhibits a sincere desire to help patients and residents in their rehabilitation process.
Superior interpersonal communication skills
Strong writing skills required for documentation of the care you provide.
Exhibits knowledge and understanding of therapy practice.
Possesses and conveys high degree of credibility and integrity.
Enjoys team cohesion, is a team player, has a positive attitude and a strong desire to make a constructive impact on organizational excellence.
