Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Corporate Recruiter with at least 1 year of full-desk recruiting experience to join our growing team in Birmingham, AL. This role requires someone who can manage the entire recruitment life cycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding—for corporate and professional-level roles across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-desk recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for professional and corporate-level roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Extend offers and negotiate compensation in partnership with HR and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate regular reports on hiring metrics.
- Stay up to date with local market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive talent strategies.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of full-desk recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or in-house).
- Proven ability to source, engage, and close candidates for professional-level positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting in industries such as finance, legal, IT, or corporate services.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR compliance, EEOC, and best practices in hiring.
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
