About The Role
The Growth Marketing Manager will own marketing initiatives to drive awareness, interest, and qualified traffic and leads. This role focuses on paid media, multi-channel campaigns, and performance optimization to accelerate pipeline growth.
What You'll Do
Paid Media Channel Ownership:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search and Display campaigns, including keyword strategy, bidding, and creative testing.
- Own evergreen top-of-funnel channels designed to drive awareness and conversions, such as programmatic ABM, content syndication, and paid social.
- Responsible for daily monitoring of inbound activity and ensuring smooth handoff to sales.
- Manage marketing budget allocation for paid channels and forecast spend.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
- Plan, executive, manage, and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns (paid social, retargeting, display, and sponsored content).
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, leveraging analytics to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing managers to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Manage projects in Asana, following internal and project management best practices and retaining responsibility for tracking project execution and hitting deadlines.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and competitive strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5 years in growth or performance marketing roles.
- Expertise in directly managing and optimizing Google Ads, paid social platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot reporting).
- Self-starter with experience fully owning and executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, preferably in the healthcare and/or SaaS space.
- Strong background in HubSpot and building marketing automation programs.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and lead acquisition strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign optimization.
- Good communicator with strong aptitude for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience working with sales teams to develop pipeline acceleration strategies and optimize lead quality.
- Experience with Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.
