Inside Sales Representative – Core Products Company
Core Products Company is a long-established manufacturer of high-quality cleaning solutions, serving B2B customers across the United States and internationally for more than 50 years. We are experiencing strong growth and are looking to add a driven Sales Development Representative to our team.
This role offers hourly base pay plus a competitive commission structure, giving high performers the ability to earn well above average.

Key Responsibilities
- Spend approximately 90–95% of your day on the phone
- Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads generated through our advanced lead-generation software
- Build rapport, nurture existing customers, and develop new relationships
- Research, identify, and qualify potential accounts
- Explain product features and provide technical information to support the sales process
- Close new business generated from marketing efforts and your own outreach
- Expand existing customer accounts by reviewing purchase history and recommending additional or related products
- Maintain strong communication and follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven phone-based sales experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Skilled in active listening, objection handling, and opportunity discovery
- Persistent and resilient; able to rebound quickly after a lost sale
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong PC skills; CRM experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Collaborative mindset and strong team orientation
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes and stay organized
- Creative problem solver who can think quickly and suggest solutions
- Professional, enthusiastic, and committed to excellence
- Open-minded and able to work with minimal supervision
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
