This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Maintenance Technician role located in Fort Worth, TX. The responsibilities of this role include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment. The technician will also ensure compliance with safety standards, inspect and maintain tools, monitor system performance, and address technical issues to minimize downtime. This role involves collaborating with the operations team and documenting maintenance activities as required.
- Mechanical and Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment, understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and expertise in operating diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Electrical and Electronics Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical systems, wiring, motor controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and related components.
- Preventive Maintenance: Ability to perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery, follow maintenance schedules, and identify measures to enhance equipment longevity.
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose equipment issues and develop effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Safety Awareness: Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards, hazard identification, and mitigation practices, as well as adherence to occupational health regulations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively coordinate with operations teams, vendors, and management.
