We’re seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Analyst (Registered Nurse) to support contract implementation, develop client deliverables, and standardize processes across multiple sites.

- Support implementation of client contracts and organize key details (scope, staffing, reporting)
- Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, reports, and client-facing deliverables
- Build Excel trackers/dashboards and PowerPoint presentations
- Partner with Business Development on contract interpretation and handoffs
- Track proposals, change orders, and support operational reporting needs
- Drive consistency through templates, tools, and process improvements
- Active RN license Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years clinical experience (occupational health or related preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, dashboards)
- PowerPoint (client-ready presentations)
- Word (policies, procedures, formal documentation)
- Microsoft Teams & OneDrive
- Adobe (PDF creation/editing)
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience creating high-quality deliverables (reports, SOPs, presentations)
- Strong ability to translate complex information into clear, structured documentation
- Master’s degree (MHA, MSN, MBA, or related)
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- In office in Baton Rouge, LA (willing to consider remote for the right candidate)
- Occasional travel
