Responsibilities
· Will represent CORE Inc. in a professional manner through communication with other agencies, CORE Inc. staff, individuals and parents etc.
· Will answer and direct phone calls, emails and other correspondence.
· Will maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
· Will prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as needed.
· Will assist with onboarding of new employees and maintain office supplies inventory and equipment.
· Will greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
·Will support office staff and perform data entry.
· Will maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
·· Will perform other duties as needed and required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
