Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities within CRM software such as Salesforce
- Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize market coverage
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns for lead generation
- Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Track sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Experience
- Proven track record in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with successful management of territory or account portfolios
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to conduct product demos and technical presentations effectively
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, lead generation techniques, and cold calling methods
- Demonstrated ability in sales analysis, upselling, and managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Prior experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of territory management and business development strategies is highly desirable
