Responsibilities
- Manage all daily branch operations, including warehouse activities, logistics, inventory, customer service, and administrative functions.
- Drive profitability through effective budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and process improvements.
- Cultivate relationships with key customers and assist with aftermarket and OEM sales opportunities to support business development.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure product availability while controlling excess stock.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
- Lead, develop, and mentor warehouse and branch personnel, fostering a culture emphasizing accountability, safety, and teamwork.
- Collaborate with Regional Leadership to implement growth strategies and enhance operational performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Inside Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Product Development, and Production to ensure timely customer support.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to safety, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, logistics, and overall branch performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in warehouse operations and customer service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support branch objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in warehouse operations, logistics, branch management, or industrial operations.
- Proven experience managing warehouse personnel, inventory, and logistics within an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and supply chain practices.
- Financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets and operational metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment while leading cross-functional teams.
- Preferred experience within the oil & gas, energy infrastructure, gas compression, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Knowledge of compressors, reciprocating engines, silencers, catalysts, or emissions reduction systems is a plus.
- Prior experience as a General Manager or Branch Manager is desirable.
