Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and governance of third-party infrastructure providers, including hardware and software such as routers, switches, firewalls, circuits, load balancers, and telephony systems.
- Support contractual relationships, ensuring SLA compliance, managing escalation protocols, and conducting performance reviews.
- Align infrastructure support with enterprise needs related to availability, scalability, and resilience.
- Monitor and report on service uptime, incident response, and remediation processes.
- Drive risk mitigation initiatives and support disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Serve as the operational liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, fostering strategic partnerships and service excellence.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 5 years of experience, or a Master’s Degree with 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience with circuits, firewalls, load balancers, telephony, routers, and vendor management, including SLAs and KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen attention to detailed documentation.
- Ability to adhere to strict timelines and manage stakeholder communications effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in IT operations, vendor management, or infrastructure governance.
- Exceptional negotiation skills across technical and executive audiences.
- Willingness to travel as required.
