Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations to maintain efficiency and consistency across the community.
• Lead resident relations with a focus on delivering excellent service and satisfaction.
• Coordinate leasing activities, maintenance requests, vendor management, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as occupancy rates, collections, and overall property metrics.
• Manage delinquency and implement effective collection strategies to ensure financial health.
• Support, guide, and develop onsite staff to uphold high standards of service and professionalism.
• Resolve issues proactively, maintaining strong resident relations and satisfaction.
  
  

Requirements

• Prior experience in property management, with a preference for Class B & C property backgrounds.
• Proven expertise in handling delinquency, collections, and financial management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in operations, resident relations, and performance metrics analysis.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
