- Oversee all aspects of operational root-cause analysis from start to finish.
- Coordinate with support and administrative functions to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate direct reports, fostering professional growth and performance excellence.
- Manage time, attendance, and performance reviews within assigned departments.
- Ensure compliance with all port policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Proven leadership experience in port operations, terminal management, or marine logistics.
- Strong understanding of U.S. Coast Guard and maritime regulatory compliance (a major plus).
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve operational problems, and manage multidisciplinary resources effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Familiarity with 5S methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in port operations, terminal management, or marine logistics leadership.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional travel or on-call responsibilities.
- Certifications related to maritime safety, environmental management, or port operations are advantageous.
