Responsibilities
- Develop and present tailored technical solutions to clients, utilizing deep knowledge of downhole tools, well construction, and relevant operational processes.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, bids, and detailed technical presentations that align with client needs and company objectives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through both formal engagements and informal interactions, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion targets.
- Identify emerging business opportunities, evaluate market trends, and actively work to broaden the company's market footprint.
- Track and report on performance metrics, market dynamics, and the effectiveness of business development activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in oilfield services, with at least 3 years of hands-on field operations experience in Wireline, Cementing, Drilling, Completion Tools, or Intervention.
- Strong technical expertise in well construction, drilling, cementing, and well design principles.
- Ability to effectively translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for clients.
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with a personable approach.
- Coachable, motivated, and open to challenging conventional thinking to deliver innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); CRM experience is a plus.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
