Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service support through internal and external communication.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency, comprising approximately 80% of daily tasks.
- Support shipping and receiving processes within the warehouse environment.
- Spend about 20% of the workday on feet, walking, and assisting with logistics coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and regularly update relevant databases.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work onsite in Olathe, KS.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with SAP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Related post-secondary education or prior logistics experience is advantageous.

- This position is a Temp-to-Perm role, starting August 10, 2026, for a duration of six months with the possibility of permanent employment.
